Main contents: According to Articles 22 and 46 of the Implementing Rules for the PRC Regulations for the Administration of Enterprise Legal Person Registration, registration amendment to major registration particulars of the offices of foreign-invested enterprises shall be handled with reference to relevant provisions on registration amendment of foreign-invested enterprises. Administrative penalties shall be imposed with reference to Item (3) of Article 63 of the Implementing Rules for the PRC Regulations for the Administration of Enterprise Legal Person Registration on those that have not handled registration amendment to major registration particulars in accordance with the aforementioned provision.
