Main contents: Where parties holding divorce certificates issued by Australian courts apply to the people's courts for recognition of the validity thereof, the people's courts shall accept such cases, carry out examination in accordance with Articles 267 and 268 of the PRC Civil Procedure Law and the relevant provisions in the Supreme People's Court, Provisions for Questions Concerning the Procedure for Chinese Citizens Applying for the Recognition of the Divorce Rulings of Foreign Courts, and render rulings in accordance with the law on whether or not to grant recognition thereto.
