Applicability: For the purposes of these Procedures, the term "enterprise credit information collection" refers to the business activities entrusted by citizens, legal persons or other organizations of providing credit information collection products such as investigations, assessments or rating reports concerning enterprise credit standing through gathering and processing of enterprise credit information. For the purposes of these Procedures, the term "enterprise credit information" refers to information formed from enterprise economic activities and social activities that can be used to analyze and assess enterprise credit standing (Article 2).

Main contents: If an enterprise, whose credit information is being collected, objects to the enterprise credit information collected by a credit information institution, and provides related evidence, the credit information institution shall carry out verification. If the collected information is found to be wrong, the credit information institution shall make corrections promptly (Article 9). The credit information collection products provided by credit information institutes shall be used by the users only as a reference for assessing the credit standing of enterprises (Article 11). Municipal administrative authorities at all levels shall, if necessary, use credit information products on affairs involving entrustment or contracting out of government public service projects to society, government procurement and invitation for and submission of bids, etc. (Article 15).
