Main contents: Insurance agency (brokerage) institutions may apply for an exemption from paying deposits when taking out occupational liability insurance if they comply with certain conditions as set out in the Circular (Section One). The validity and continuity of the insurance policy shall be maintained throughout the term of the insurance agency (brokerage) institution. Termination or discontinuation of an occupational liability insurance policy for any reason shall be reported to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission immediately.
