Applicability: The Procedures apply to law firms and entrusting parties established in Shenzhen (Article 2).
Main contents: Where, in bank mortgage loan business for sale and purchase of real property, lawyers provide witness service to the examination of the qualification of the entities to a contract or to assistance in the handling of mortgage registration, the legal fee per deal shall not be less than Rmb800 for buildings located within the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and not less than Rmb600 per deal for those located elsewhere (Article 3). Where lawyers provide assistance in the purchase of real property, the legal fee shall not be less than Rmb2,000 per deal for buildings located within the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and not less than Rmb1,500 per deal for those located elsewhere (Article 4).
