Clarifies place of business and jurisdiction, as well as scope of business for foreign airline companies.

Main contents: Issues such as the place of business and jurisdiction with respect of resident representative offices of foreign airline companies shall be clarified on the corresponding permit or approval documents by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, in accordance with bilateral agreements between the governments (Item One). The registration authority shall, in accordance with the content of the permit or approval documents issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, verify the scope of business on the certificate of registration for such resident representative offices and issue the certificate of registration (Item Two). Where an office or place of business is set up outside the resident address, such may be reported to the Civil Aviation Administration of China and the registration authority for the record by the resident representative office (Item Three).
