Effective: as of date of promulgation
Main contents: Article 40 of the Procedures has been revised and assignment of the pre-purchased commodity premises by the pre-purchaser is now subject to the decision made according to the need for macroeconomic control of the real property market by the municipal people's government. A paragraph has also been added to Article 41 stating that pre-notice registration will not be handled if the assignment of the commodity premises does not comply with the decision of the municipal people's government.
