Main contents: Securities companies issuing bonds to the public must prepare a listing announcement prior to the listing of bonds to disclose all information that has a significant effect on the investment decisions of investors, whether or not the Guidelines have made clear stipulations, during the period between the date of disclosure of the prospectus and the date of publication of the listing announcement (Articles 2 and 3). All disclosed information must be true, accurate, complete, fair and timely, and the financial report must be audited by a qualified accounting firm (Article 5). If the prospectus and the financial information therein are still valid, condensed financial and accounting information may be published; otherwise the latest audited financial report should also be disclosed (Article 7). Before the disclosure of the listing announcement, no concerned parties may disclose or make profit from the relevant information in violation of provisions (Article 11). The requirements for the contents of the listing announcement are set out in Part Two, including important statements and reminders, particulars of the issue, important contents of the prospectus, statements of the directors and intermediary institutions.
