Main contents: Securities companies applying for issue of bonds should comply with the Guidelines to prepare application documents for submission to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) (Articles 2 and 3). Application documents include documents required to be disclosed in designated newspapers and periodicals or websites (part one), and documents not required to be disclosed (part two). Upon approval by the CSRC for public issue and the disclosure of part one of the documents, the whole set of application documents will be made available to the investors for review (Article 4). All directors of the issuers and intermediary institutions shall promise the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the application documents by a declaration or signature (Article 7). The lead distributor shall review and control the quality of the documents (Article 8). The issuer, lead distributor and relevant intermediary institutions shall provide supplementary materials as requested by the CSRC (Article 9). The Guidelines also set out the detailed format requirements for the application documents. Appendices One and Two set out the "List of Application Documents for Public Issue of Bonds" and the "List of Application Documents for Private Issue of Bonds", respectively.
