Main contents: The revised Implementing Rules fix the time for large transactions to be 15:00-15:30 in a regular trading day. They also require members of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and institutions that hold a special seat with the stock exchange to file an application and obtain a valid digital certificate in order to become a large transaction user of the stock exchange.
