Main contents: The Measures set forth application Measures for the holding of permanent and temporary skilled personnel recruitment fairs (Part Two). The government encourages the establishment of permanent recruitment fairs and the development of recruitment of skilled personnel via the internet (Article 8). Skilled personnel recruitment fairs are forbidden to collect fees from job seekers (Article 6). Employers should inform job seekers of their decision within one month of the recruitment fair and also report to the organizer of the fair (Article 25).
