Effective: as of date of issue
Applicability: The Provisions apply to the industrial; construction; communications, transport and posts; retail and wholesaling; and accommodation, food and beverage sectors. Standards for small- and medium-sized enterprises of sectors not included in the Provisions shall be formulated separately (Item Three).
Main contents: The Provisions use the number of employees, sales volume or total amount of assets to determine whether an enterprise is small- or medium-sized for different sectors.
