Main contents: The Notice contains a list of examination and approval procedures to be abolished, including suspension or resumption of trading of listed securities by stock exchanges, launch of and acceptance check of new securities companies, permission for change, increase, or decrease of representatives, deputy representatives, and foreign, Hong Kong and Macao personnel of representative offices of foreign securities institutions in China, establishment of futures investment consultancies, as well as review of legal opinions issued by Chinese lawyers on overseas issue and listing of shares by overseas companies with interests in mainland China.
