Applicability: "Real property agency services" is defined as the provision of such business services as consultancy, broking and property price valuation services for the assignment, mortgage and leasing of real property (Article 2).
Main contents: The Regulations set out the requirements for becoming a real property agency (Part Two). The Regulations also dictate the qualifications and formalities necessary for personnel to engage in real property agency services (Part Three). The Regulations also note some limitations placed on real property agencies and agents in Part Four. Examples of such limitations include the requirement of a contract for the services of a real property agency and the requirement that real property agents not be working for two or more real property agencies at the same time (Articles 15 and 23).
