Main contents: Article 101 has been revised leaving only one time limit, 30 months after the priority date defined in Article 2 of the Patent Cooperation Treaty, for carrying out the procedures associated with an international patent application entering the national phase in China. The corresponding grace period has also been reduced to one stipulation, 32 months. Article 108 has also been changed to be in line with the 30-month time limit.
