Main contents: The Reply from the General Office of State Council approves the establishment of export processing zones in Wuhu (Anhui), Ningbo (Zhejiang), Wuxi (Jiangsu), Nantong (Jiangsu), Xi'an (Shaanxi), Qinghuangdao (Hebei), Hohhot (Inner Mongolia) and Zhengzhou (Henan) (Section One). It approves the pilot projects for the enterprises in the export processing zones in Kunshan (Jiangsu) and Songjiang (Shanghai) to carry over materials to enterprises outside the zones for further processing (Section Two). It also approves enterprises in export processing zones to entrust certain processing to enterprises outside the zones (Section Three).
