Shanghai Municipality, «Administration of the Establishment of Sino-foreign Equity and Cooperative Joint Venture Employment Agencies Tentative Provisions» Implementing Opinion

Main contents: The Opinion sets forth conditions in addition to the conditions specified in the Shanghai Municipality, Brokers Regulations and the Administration of the Establishment of Sino-foreign Equity and Cooperative Joint Venture Employment Agencies Tentative Provisions with regard to the application for establishment of Sino-foreign equity and cooperative joint venture employment agencies in Shanghai. For instance, the Chinese party is required to possess a Shanghai Municipal Permit for Employment Agency (Item Three). Sino-foreign equity and cooperative joint venture employment agencies holding recruitment meetings, having changes in investors or equity proportion or setting up branch offices are required to file the same with the municipal labor and social security bureau for the record (Items Seven and Eight).
