Main contents: The Circular sets out a number of measures to counter the negative trend in exports. These measures include subsidies for product certification charges and testing charges, overseas exhibition costs, insurance premiums, legal fees and financing costs. For example, an enterprise whose annual export is equal to or less than US$10 million will be granted a subsidy at 30% to 50% of the premium it pays for export credit insurance (Item Three). An enterprise under municipal administration whose export to Japan in 2002 is over US$100,000 will receive Rmb 0.01 for every US dollar it collects from the export (Item Six).
