Main contents: Enterprises with rights to import and export, clean regulatory compliance record and normal business operation are entitled to government supports under the Qingdao City, Encouraging Export in Foreign Trade Measures (the Measures) (Article 3). Priority enterprises for support are those exporting high and new technology or electrical and mechanical products, developing export business in emerging markets (such as Russia and Latin America) or facilitating the export of Qingdao's major local products (such as textile, clothing, rubber, tyres and chemicals) (Article 4). Subsidy for product certification charges will be 50% for priority enterprises and 30% for qualified enterprises (Article 5). If a priority enterprise participates in defence against anti-dumping claims, its legal fees will be subsidized by 50% for priority enterprises and 30% for qualified enterprises (Article 8).
