Main contents: According to the Circular, the board of a company whose listing is suspended is required to submit a monthly report to the stock exchange on the progress of the reorganization of the company and publish the said report (Item Two). In addition, the company must prepare and publish quarterly reports pursuant to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Compilation Rules for Information Disclosures by Companies That Offer Securities to the Public No. 13: Contents and Format of Quarterly Reports Special Provisions beginning from the third quarter of 2001 (Item Three). If operating losses are expected for the first six months of the accounting year or for the whole year, the company must publish loss forecasts and risk warnings within the specified time limit before the end of the relevant period and its interim or annual report (Items Four and Five).
