Applicability: Mining industry rights is a collective name for exploration rights, mining rights and property rights (Article 3).
Main contents: The Provisions stipulate that mining industry rights may be granted by way of application, invitation for bids or auction (Part Two). The Provisions also stipulate that mining industry rights may be assigned by way of sale, capital contribution or cooperation (Part Three, Section One). Leasing and mortgage of mining industry rights are also covered in the Provisions (Part Three, Sections Two and Three)
