Applicability: County or higher level power grid dispatch institutions, power grid operators and power producers connected to grids in the PRC shall comply with these Measures (Article 2).

Main contents: The Measures require the dispatch institutions of inter-provincial and provincial power grids to hold periodic information briefings that may be attended by power administration departments, power grid operators, power producers and other relevant entities (Article 5). In addition, these institutions shall endeavour to make timely disclosures of power grid dispatch information on websites or through appropriate media (Article 6). The information to be disclosed shall include basic information such as grid structure, safe operation constraints, and other information such as power demand, inter-grid power pooling, scheduled outages, tariff for power uploaded the grid, production plans, etc. (Article 7). On the other hand, power producers connected to grids are required to report relevant information to the relevant grid dispatch institutions in a timely and accurate manner (Article 9).
