Applicability: These Guidelines also apply to issuers of domestically listed foreign investment shares (Article 2).

Main contents:
The Guidelines require all public share issuers to publish listing announcements five days before the listing of the shares (Article 10). A listing announcement must contain separate sections disclosing, among other things, general information on the issuer, the issue and capital structure, the directors, supervisors and officers, competition in the business, financial information, the undertakings of the board of directors in respect of the listing, and the sponsor and its opinions (Part Two). The Guidelines also specify a number of statements that must be made in a listing announcement by the directors of the issuer and the auditor of the issuer's financial report (Articles 15 and 16).
