第一章 总则

Article 1: These Measures have been formulated pursuant to such laws as the PRC, People's Bank of China Law and the relevant regulations of the State Council, in order to strengthen the supervision and administration of Trust and Investment Corporations, regulate the business activities of Trust and Investment Corporations and promote the healthy development of Trust and Investment Corporations.


第一条  为了加强对信托投资公司的监督管理，规范信托投资公司的经营行为，促进信托投资公司的健康发展，根据《中华人民共和国中国人民银行法》等法律和国务院有关规定，制定本办法。
