Main contents: The Reply states how non-company type and company type foreign investment enterprises will be handled if they do not apply for cancellation of their registration after liquidation (Items Two and Three). Item Four states how companies will be handled if they fail to carry out liquidation after their terms of operation have expired or within the statutory liquidation time limit.
