A guide on interpretations of issues concerning the application of the PRC Security Law.

In the light of practical judicial experience, the following interpretations of issues concerning application of the law to the hearing of security disputes by people's courts have been formulated in order to correctly apply the PRC, Security Law (the Security Law).
