Main contents: The Measures allow foreign investment enterprises to conduct trade with the Taiwan region within their scope of business (Article 5). Trading contracts and commodities with Taiwan may not bear words or marks that violate the one-China principle (Article 6). Where there is a dispute in Taiwan trade, it is handled by arbitration organizations in China if there is an arbitration agreement or otherwise handled by the people's court (Article 12).
