Main contents: This draft contains two parts. Part One is a standard table of contents for the application document, basically a list of the documents to be submitted. Part Two sets out the basic requirements with regard to the submission of the documents, including the requirements relevant to the lead distributor and those who provide professional opinions for the issuer. Part Three stipulates the printing and copy requirements with regard to the documents to be submitted.
