Main contents: Article 2 of the Guidelines states that the issuer of convertible corporate bonds that also applies for the listing of such bonds shall prepare a listing announcement according to the format provided therein. This announcement must be published in a CSRC-designated publication and on a CSRC-designated website at least three days prior to the listing of the bonds (Article 6). All the directors of the issuer are jointly and severally liable for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the announcement (Article 10). detailed in 19 articles, including various standard statements to be made by the issuer.
