This prospectus must be published in a summary form in a CSRC-designated publication and in full text on a CSRC-designated website two to five working days prior to the commencement of the distribution (Article 9). The prospectus shall be valid for three months and the audited financial information contained therein may not be older than six months (Article 5). All the directors of the issuer are jointly and severally liable for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the prospectus (Article 12).
